We want you to love your Entropy piece. If something isn’t right, we offer store credit and size exchanges on eligible items.
Eligibility
• Request your return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags/packaging.
• Sale/marked‑down items may be final sale where noted.
• Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be declined.
What we offer
• Store credit for eligible returns.
• Size exchange when stock is available (otherwise store credit).
• Faulty items: If you believe your item is faulty, email photos to admin@entropyclo.com within 7 days of delivery. Once assessed/approved, we’ll organize a replacement or a remedy as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Return shipping
• Customers cover the cost of return shipping (AU & international).
• We’ll cover shipping for confirmed manufacturing faults.
Timeframes
• Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return to issue your store credit or exchange.
• Credits are delivered via email and can be used online at entropyclo.com.
